I'm finally back in college and have access to decent internet to upload my video walkthroughs, but the video uploader is broken. Can anyone else use it?
Every time I finish uploading a few videos and click the little yellow refresh button, nothing happens. I can't put the details on my videos and submit them.
Even a few months ago when I could, the videos kept getting rejected because they weren't in the proper format, even though I set them to what Rich told me.
Really, if anyone can use the thing, tell me. ):

Hi, Can you try again and let me know if it works for you now. If not can you let me know the browser you are using and the video format and file size that you are trying to upload. I can then test it some more.

It works, I think. I was able to upload 4 videos for Dead Space on PC Dunno if they'll be accepted though. I'll have to wait and see if they're the right format and accepted.

Your videos have gone through and hopefully you have seen them on the site now. Thanks for submitting them. (good to see Dead Space again)
There was an issue importing them as the aspect ratio is unusual. We normally deal with widescreen or 4x3 videos. Yours were taller than 4x3 as they already have large letter-boxing.
We can deal with that now but it results in some padding to the left and right as well.
If you can record any future ones at a wide, or 4x3 resolution that would improve the result.

Must be the Alienware doing it. I had no problem when I was using my old Dell Studios. If you want widescreen though, 1080p it is. :D

I'm actually having a problem with the video uploader as well. Every time I attempt to submit my video it keeps telling me incomplete details, meanwhile I've given the video a title, description, and category. :I What do I do?
