Is there a easy way to level up pokemon? Without cheats? Cuz they are high leveled. And im at the 8th gym. Thanks if you help.

well, the ex. point share, lucky egg, or having the weak pokemon in the lead of your team when you encounter high level pokemon and then switch it out your first turn are the only ways I know.
oh yea, rare candies move up pokemon one level.
