"Oh ok."
"Oh while your at it I'll get those cute shoes too."

then 5 minutes later talking to her bf

"You bought an ice cream? Since when can you afford that!"

With all the comments you make, I personally find it hard to believe you'd be a-sexual aka; not attracted to either sex in the slightest way. But then again, wiki does have some interesting things to say :S

Don't get me wrong, I'm not judging or against a-sexuals or anything xD Just certainly isn't something i'd have ever considered lol

Situations sometimes force you to consider it. The past 3 generations on both sides of my family have tried to get a good education, but could barely finish high school because they had kids. They've worked dead end jobs their entire lives. I had to move away from my parents when I was 10 because my mother committed adultery with multiple men, causing my father to go into a blind rage and shoot our house all to hell with his .45 M1911 when he found out she was pregnant. This of course all started because my dad stopped buying her drugs, so she found other people who would give her the candy she wanted.

My 18 year old sister just had a kid, and has already abandoned both it and her husband to go God knows where. She's probably off jumping in bed with someone else, and of course my family never stops talking about that.

With all the drama that sexual attraction brings, I just learned to keep to myself a LONG time ago. I'm the only one in my family who's doing well, because I only have to worry about myself.

Well, tbh that sounds more like abstinance rather than genuine asexuality. But eh, it is what it is, and your making the smart play, so that's the good thing :D
