Santa does not appear until you have helped him find all the tools to fix his sleigh, this however requires you to go on the game everyday! Hope this helped :')

On the EA website, it says that the quest will be available in the 12 days leading up to Christmas. If anyone wants to read it themselves, google "sims freeplay santa's sleigh" and it's the second link.

Santa may not show up until the "12 days leading up to Christmas". Today is only the sixth so we have a few more days until we are within the 12 days before Christmas. Relax until then and get yourself the new fashion design station for your home from the hobby shop (if you have built it).

When I updated mine I did not get any wall paper costumes or any new thing except the snowman and the candy cane lights

I'm having the same issue I updated the game and nothing has appeared, as I am a game tester I am disappointed with the building constructions as if you want to finish them you may have to use lifestyle points. Also none of the. Cheats work, I now I'm being very articulate about a game but the standards but ea games must improve their qualities of their games before making the update. I find it very disheartening to think that people are wasting their time trying to figure out whats wrong with the game. But as I would say this website has all of the great information from the commenters who I believe in very much as a game tester but pele may think that, that is a male job but it's not.
