Sims don't go to work/school

After using cheats I noticed that most of my sims don't go to work. I just can't send them to work. Guys in fire station works and one sim more. Two of my three preteens goes to school and the girl not.

I tried to fire them and to change type of classes and it still doesn't work.

Anybody knows how to fix it?

Or maybe you also have this problem?
