So what company do you use and which do you think is best, rate/coverage-wise? I use Straightalk mobile, which has a $45 unlimited everything plan. Buying smart phones from Straightalk may be pricy, but you benefit from using AT&T's network compared to the crappy Tracfone network.

I have Verizon. It's alright. I get service everywhere I go, besides one friend's house.

Sprint. It's reliable in my opinion, but just too much money in my bill.

Are you kidding? My tracfone.coverage was.excellent from the ruals of kansas to.the.streets of new.york. Though I did switch to straightalk for the smart phone. And mine runs off Verizon so I it has pretty good coverage.

I am with Verizon. It has pretty decent coverage. 4G coverage isn't great here in Idaho yet, but other than that I have great reception.
