I hope this time before they release AC4, even if they have to delay it a little, that they work out all the bugs. AC3 was incredibly buggy, even after the thanksgiving day update.

My darn horse couldn't even go over rocks. It was like it was a retarded horse or something. Also, I've had a wooden beam stick through my stomach. I don't think that is supposed to happen xD
