We can do almost exactly as you said, we pick the courses we want to take. There's very little mandatory courses that everyone has to take at some point. The rest is up to the student's choice.

I always knew Finland has something good about it. That must've been it. :D
I was lucky enough not to get any homework over the weekend. I know adults are always saying school is way better than work but at least at work, you can take a short break whenever you want. Can't do that at school.
I wish I could pick anything I wanted. I could make sure I could skip physics. I haven't learned it yet and everyone says it's the worst thing to learn. I'm DEFINITELY not going to be a scientist when I'm an adult.

I was going to take courses for the summer to be able to finish school faster, but I ended up deciding against it, now I do have more courses for next year though ;_;

I used to go to a private school and I don't think you go back earlier than everyone else, unless you're HOMESCHOOLED.....

Well if your school gets out earlier than public schools, it makes sense that you would go back earlier. Unless it's one of those schools that go year round that have a few weeks off every couple of months.
