I am trying to reach hitman level with the Sawn-Off Shotgun so I can hold two of them.

the best gun is the AK-47 i have reached hitman in like the first hour i used it

The best gun to use is M4, it has auto-aim, and if you constantly pop the tires with it, it'll take less than a minute to reach Hitman...
To get hitman in Sawn-off, just constantly kill peds, and kill them while on any mission that freezes your wanted rating, you can find those on RARusk's guide...

I liked the M4, Sawn Offs, or Minigun. They can kill people easily. Their Rate Of Fire is also high. (except the sawns)
