Yeah, what's weird about it? Cutting grass and doing basic landscaping stuff is like classic teenager work.

Maybe it is in America, but I've never seen a teenager younger than 15 doing lawncare.

Huh. Note I'm not talking about going into a landscaping company, filling out an application, getting a job, and getting a paycheck. I'm just talking kids that cut grass in the neighborhood for a few bucks and stuff.

So because he's using a phone and does lawncare, he couldn't possibly be 14?
A ton of 14 year olds, and even much younger, have phones these days.
And I started doing lawncare when I was in 6th grade, which would mean I was 12.

Go to any city. They have lawn care companies that come in weekly and mow lawns, trim bushes, rake leaves, etc.

Novus - Obviously I know that kids have phones. Some even have them when they're 6.
KoC - If you want to avoid this, you could just confirm around what your age is eg I could say 12-15 because I'm around the middle of that. (14)

Nice conversation on age guys, my vote is that KoC is 8.
Lawn care doesn't have to be a full-time or part-time job with some company it could just be him going around his neighborhood taking care of the lawns for money or it could in fact be him working for an actual company. So occupation isn't really that good of a way to judge someone's age.
I'd say your young just from your general demeanor from your posts, not cause they are short but just how they are done. Maybe like 12-16
