I caught Rayquaza early by using a warp cheat to go to the Sky Pillar and such. Now after playing through the whole game, I need to get into the Sootopolis Gym for the last badge and it is blocked because Kyogre and Groudon are fighting. Since I already have Rayquaza, when I go to the Sky Pillar, nothing happens. Is there a way I can get the final gym badge? Please help!!

yes, i ended up getting him early as well and i wouldnt be able to complete the last gym, final four or anything else after that point. Same goes with cathcing Groudon and Kyogre

you must click a on rayquaza and
Rayquaza will wake up and fly away then go to Sootopolis city so rayquaza could end the fight
