Ha Seth and I are the only Xbox gamers here. It's not an achievement but it really should be. I took all 37 gold bars out of the Sierra Madra casino vault and was able to leave with them. Really really hard you are walking at a snail's pace while a guy shoots at you, you Doge explosions, all while the explosive collar on your neck beeps faster. But it as all worth it in the end because you just carried 400,000 caps.

I didn't know about that DLC for Fallout: NV, but that's pretty cool.
I've never really paid attention to achievements, I just play the games. :3
