Technology is growing faster and faster. The first flight was in 1903 and in 1969 we(America that is) put a man on the Moon. We went from bricks with antennas to touch screen pocket computers in 25 years.
What technology do you guys think we will have in our lifetime?
I think we will have:
Light speed travel Bladeless helicopters Actual robots Time travel(illegal though) Active camouflage(perfected) Artificial Intelligence And Lord willing Lightsabers.
Light speed travel - Not for a LONG time. Bladeless helicopters - Yes. Actual robots - Far into the future. Time travel - Paradoxes would be impossible to stop. For example someone kills your family, you go back in time & stop the person, but then since your family never died, you never had a reason to travel back in time, therefore you never do, therefore impossible. Active camouflage - Yes. Artificial intelligence - ??????????????????? Lord willing lightsabers - No.

Well when there you view events. Then when you return, you already know the events, therefore there was never any reason to go back in time, therefore you never went.
