I was playing Lego Harry Potter 1-4 in daily phase of Tom Riddle and do not know why , but I want to leave the stage . I was an option "Return to Hogwarts " and I followed Nick almost no head , which led me to the next level without having completed this .
RESULT: I have everything completed by exception that stage that does not appear in the context of the chapters.
Is there a way that I do not start the game from scratch and lose my 90 % ? after all, was not a bug, but an option that the game itself gave me!

You can re-play the level in Free Play mode. In Leaky Cauldron it looks like a cork board, to the left from Hogwarts door.
