Over the past year I've become obsessed with working out, eating cleaner and caring about how I look. Honestly wish I never have started... because now I'm self-conscience about eating all the (good) crappy food lol.
Took me a good 5-6months but I achieved a 6-pack. Probably would never do again, way too much calorie restraining required.
Anyways... How about all of you. Are You hitting the Weights, or involved in any physical activities.
Haha I bet! Right now I'm unemployed, so I basically can do 1-2hrs of working out a day no problem. When work and other factors start taking a toll, no way Ill be able to continue that.
As for food, that was hard for me. Still is. I'm actually starting to get burnt out on eating healthy, miss the junk food too much.
@Matt It's really not hard to get into, start slowly if you want to better yourself. People who talk about how much they throw up on the weights, are basically clueless. All about Smaller + more reps.
My problem is that I have no reason to work out. I eat a heap of crap (alongside some healthy stuff) but am still light as a feather minus the bit of a gut I have. If some friends were like "ok lets go on a 1 week hippie cleanse starting with getting active" I'd probably do it but yeah.

Eh I'll jump off the bridge cross the bridge of exercise when I need to get to the other side. I barely exercise and eat junk food (not too much) but I'm too skinny lol.

Im suffering really bad lower back pain. I've had X-rays, MRI's but they haven't found anything conclusive. So I have started to do Pilates, apparently a weak core can cause lower back pain.
Oh and Pokemon Go provides good exercise too XD
Thanx to Craizen for the sig, love ya babe, Hubby for the avi.
That's odd, I find usually abdominal/core exercises cause back pain. Never heard of having a weak core, causing back pain. Guess you learn something new everyday. I hope all comes out alright though!
And yes Pokemon Go is great, its promoting somewhat physical activities.
