World War III

How long do you think it will be before World War III starts, we're edging closer every day. I must admit I was a bit concerned last year when the Turks shot down that Russian jet fighter that we're led to believe flew over Turkish airspace.

Depends who the leaders are and how arrogant they are.

I hope not in my lifetime. They'd introduce conscription and if you're picked you're screwed.

Donald Trump will lead us if he makes Mexico build that wall... seen a hilarious meme on Facebook about watching the Olympics.

Hopefully leaders can use their brain a bit to realize a WW3 would more than likely end the world. With the technology that Superpowers have, it could end within a matter of seconds.

If you are between 18-30 the thought of being called up for war must be a bit worrying when you think what weapons are capable of doing these days.

If the war doesn't happen in over 4 years time then I'm fine. I'm not 18 for 4 years.

Yeah but lets say it happens next year and is ongoing for 5 years. You could be conscripted in the later stages.

I'm the worst age to be right now. A war could happen in a couple of years and it's only 18 months until I'm 18.

But then again it may be optional. Like people who want to fight for their country will be picked. I'm not cut out for that sh*t.

Think about it time to time, I'm 26. But not worried cause I do not live in a heavy populated area. My place would not even effect the state if it was bombed.

Dan - There was conscription (compulsory fighting) during WW2 & Vietnam in several countries. That leaves the likely outcome being that if there was a WW3 conscription would be introduced. If you're a skinny, short, weak guy, it doesn't matter. You'd still have to fight.

Yeah they call it the draft here in America, whether you like it or not. You go into war no matter your age.

The less intelligent you are the more chance you have of ending up on the front line, if you're smart you may be lucky enough to get into officer training. Basically the army uses idiots and out of shape recruits as cannon fodder.

Ughhhhhh let's just hope someone assassinates Trump before this can call happen. People have already attempted, someones got to succeed.

Pretty much if you're on the front lines you're either dead, severely injured, or will return with PTSD.

It won't be a wat like the last two. It will be western free society versus the savage "religion" of Islam. I expect it to happen within this generation. Imagine taking in millions of people who repopulate faster than your people and raise ALL of their children into a completely medieval religion. I'm glad I'm a gun owner.
