I liked it when I had Joliee and Juhani and got to turn on them when I found Bastilla, then went back and confronted Carth. I always chase him with burst of speed and it's so amusing.

My second favorite part has to be when you either make or break your party. I chose to not kill them because they are cool. (and im also a nice guy). That was also a great plot twist.
