Eventually, in mission 2, there will be an exclamation mark above Grandma Hattie's head. She will give you some goals that will eventually open up the area to the east of Urbania.

Ewan is the inventor. Go to the Chopper Garrage to find him or around in Urbania. He rarely ever goes out of it.

To unvamp Boo first get a Mech skill of 7 Follow the chains that tie him up and pick the lock. Moamba Loa will tell u to give him chocolate give boo "Chocolate decaence" the recipie is two chocolate 1 flour
