I forget all you guys had MSN. I'm talking to my friend on there right now. I don't know where to find Latios on Emerald because I don't have the game. As soon as it's released in UK on October 21st I'm gonna get it.

You can obtain him randomly in a encounter by traveling all over Hoenn. You will need to beat the game first, when you head down stairs in your living room there will be a commercial on your TV, after the commercial is done you will have a choice. Your mother will ask you if the Pokemon was Red or Blue; if you pick Blue then you have the chance to look for and encounter Lotios, however, if you choose Red then you will be looking for Latias instead.

Actually, murkrow ain't half bad on offense, his base atk and sp.atk are 85 each. and speed is 91 base.

Yeah, it's a pathetic 35 base, but I guess Deoxys-F has the lowest base stat ever, 20 base def and sp.D
