how do i get the radio i cant find it in my pack and i got the card you need but i cant find that either, is it my game cos how do i wake up the sleeping snorlax??

It's in the radio tower in Lavender after fixing the Power Plant. Some guy will give it to you.

how do you get the part to fix the power plant? I spoke with team rocket and said that it is in the middle of the gym. Not sure how to get it.

the middle patch of water in the...uh (thinks hard)...top...left...corner i think of the water patch in the cerelean gym, then take the part to the power station thingy...

the actaul radio thing for the pokegear is in goldenrod radio tower on the bottom floor, talk to the far right person behind the counter, and answer all the questions in the test correctly and you will get your radio
to get the radiocard for the snorlax, go to the lavender radio station after fixing the power plant, and talk to the guy facing the wall and he will give you the radiocard as a reward
then just turn the radio on to the pokeflute channel and click on snorlax and you will battle him...
