I think it is due to a mod chip but im not sure. Its definitly not a random thing that happens...So that guys XBox is skrewed or its a mod chip...Later

i am positive what it is. first, YES it is a mod, it was on xbox live and they used a mod to put in the sliding and the person, second, it is also lag, either of these two they couldve used but on halogrid.com, the ghost himself says it was a mod. now speaking of mods, if nobody else has anything to say, then close this or somethin or just leave it alone is our best bet. now you know, "THE GHOST OF LOCKOUT"

Well I have encountered him before. Well I was just going crazy for no reason withs smgs. Then all the sudden where I shot(By a turret) He apearred out of nowhere. I have reason to believe He is inactive and invisible and is constantly moving unless when you shoot him then he comes active and tries to kill you(Just a guess). Luckily a found a rocket launcher and slaughtered him .
