I customize my car at Wheel Angels mod shop and park my customized car in one of my safe house garages and 30 minutes or so I come back and my customized car is white (no paint job)

Nope, he is right, that happens now and then and there is nothing you can do about it then going back to the mod garage.
Why it happens: I dunno, but I think it has something to do if you have to many cars in general in your garages.

I haven't had any cars change colour, I have had a few disappear even if there is only two or three cars in a four car garage.

i too have had both the colour change and disappearing glitch. they are were annoying. the one time the car changed colours and the rims and such changed too.

Yeah sometimes the customized paint job disapppear, but you still have the front bumper, rear bumper, wheels, etc etc will be still there.

It happened to me. At the Doherty garage. Everytime I park a modded car there and modded another one to put in the garage, it ends up white
