Shadow Style?Use alot of Invis chips(or chips that have the Invis type)I.E. pop-up,invis,etc. after a period of time in which you use alot of those you'll obtain the style change,and based upon what other chips/buster/navi/other chips you used itll modif your type as well...
Like Shadow Bug Style(my personal fav.) so yeah I do know ALOT of the styles...and I HAVE had them all before...but I havnt played the game in a LONG time so sorry I cant anwser your second request...if you look around on th net though...IM SURE you can find em

Frequently defeat enemies by using MegaChips (preferably Navi Chips) to get the team style.
