This is a weird topic but please share to everyone your favourite Character you would use items on.
My one is Waluigi. He annoys me so much so I use most of my items on him.

For me, its any character using a car with high weight when I am using Dry Bones in the Dry Bomber. One time Bowser rammed me off the road on Rainbow Road at the last second.

I agree with games_please. I use items on anybody in front of me. But if I'm in 1st, I just shoot items behind me. it is nice to hit Bowser or Waluigi when they're in 1st the whole race, and they take a long time to recover.

I like to use it on anyone ahead of me. Bonus points if it is bowser, peach, daisy, or walugi.
