who has the most powerful pokemon?

That's nice, but a groudon can destroy it with overheat. No pokemon is the most powerful of the rest.

There is NO best pokemon each have weaknesses by type and by base stats like Blissey has High Sp. Def but low Def

Thunder is too inaccurate to be a great help later on. That means 3 PP of the 10 PP it has will miss, and usually it misses at the worst possible time. Personally, I prefer Thunerbolt. In-game the only TM you really want to have is Surf. Waterfall isn't too bad either but Surf is basically your most reliable HM. And you don't want your pok�mon to be all offensive either. My ideal strongest pok�mon would be:
Rayquaza level 100.
Flamethrower
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Psychic (if it can learn it, if not Solarbeam)

Holding Leftovers

Might be all offensive but has a good combination of moves, note that Flamethrower can cause a burn, Ice Beam can cause Freeze, Thunderbolt can cause Paralysis and Psychic can cause Confusion. Leftovers will gradually heal HP over the battle in case anyone didn't know.

Ice Beam owns Rayquaza like nothing else, along with Zapdos. Jirachi is weak so Ice Beam owns that, too. The only Pokemon he can't take down is either a Tyranitar, Kyogre, or Groudon. Then again after a good amount of Calm Minds he can easily kill Kyogre.

Ok, I'm done with this rant. Yu people can argue against me but I speak the truth. Ray is cool but his weakness to ice is what kills him in the end.

I agree with you there RJ, but Mewtwo isn't the best pok�mon.

An Ice Beam takes care of it, and that Rayquaza is bad by the way.

I have a Rayquaza lv.100 with the moves:
Flamethrower
Earthquake
Extremespeed
Thunderbolt
I have also whittled down the chances of being completely humiliated by an Ice Type Pokemon by raising Rayquaza's speed as high as possible, so I can obliterate the Ice type with Flamethrower without any problems. Also, if I am battling a water type pokemon with a strong Ice move, I can just use Thunderbolt.
I have also taught it Earthquake to deal with the Rock type, which are strong against Rayquaza.
It still may not be the ultimate invincible Pokemon, but it is improved.

Yes, in fact, that Rayquaza is very good.

i used a AR cheat from this guy on another site were i changed mewtwos pressure 2 inner focus so he wont flinch if he gets hit using f. pnch he'll still attack
