When your bots are turning a bolt crank, if you jump on top of the force field and you will go in. Then you have to walk round it circles otherwise your bot that is turning the bolt crank will push you out. It does take some practice.

I've known how to do that for a long time. But when me and my friend found out, we started to do that in co-op mode. It really helps us when playing missions like that.
