Its always fun to answer questions though. Mercy says that while looking at delta halo and the affect is the elites are traded for the brutes and the elites felt 'used' so fights happened between the covvenant.

I have the answer (i think)
It causes them to split up causing a civil war between the brutes and coveant. the arbitor now is fighting against the prophets because he knows that the rings are meant to destroy not help
after that there are now 4 races

Well I would say BEST way to take out their turrets are to either BR them to death ooor just do it the easy way and use Rocks... lol both fast and easy! =)

u can just use anything as long as it packs a punch like just for target practice i use the plasma pistol and BR to take them out quickly
