Brazil will most probably win, but Netherlands, England, Czech and Germany all have a decent chance too.

Argentina didn't do so well in the last world cup I think England have a good chance of winning but it will most probably be Brazil (again)

Well Brazil are the obvious favourites, but there may be a dark horse this year. For example, who expected Greece to win the Euro 2004?

That is hopefully they will, seeing as they did get a slow start to it. Argentina have been better this time around though. England I'm not so sure about.

AFM's right so it could be an unlikly team to win it this year? Like Spain since they haven't won yet, it could be them, since they have some good players.

England, Brazil, Germany, England are goining to win this year. I mean i know Brazil have the superstars ronadinhio and robinho but England have got a well good team, Frank lampard and rooney there unstopable when they get going =)

England are as good as out of the running if it is confirmed that Wayne Rooney won't be fit enough for the finals after getting injured against Chelsea in the Premiership this week. Who have England got to replace him? Michael Owen is also injured but should be fit in time. The only other half decent striker I can think off Defoe of Tottenham as Crouch of Liverpool is hopeless.
