longest time playing video games

i played a pokemon game for 30 hours because i had chicken pox and could not get to sleep see me and dave suffer from insomnia

im playing a game right now since 7am :P

i'v played GT4 for over 48 hours (two of the 24 hours races) then cerlapeds dou to been so dam tired.

When I really play a lot I start to see game stuff everywhere. It's kinda creepy so I don't do it too often, you try getting the tube whilst every rail you see you think "I could pull an awesome 50-50 grind on that right now, AND pick up all the rings at the same time"

I played Crash Bandicoot for about 16 hours once... about 7 years ago.

Seriously? What were you doing to it? it took me 2 hours to complete it with all the extra stuff. =P Of course it depends which Crash game...

you know what i hate when you play games for a long time? that ytou usually forget to save and you get p*ss*d off. but speaking of that my longest ever was 10 hrs straight, on runescape. but the thing is that when i was too tired to go on it was 12 noon.and i had almost peed myself. 2 years ago. yep those were some good times in 2004 they were.

Ovbiously, everyone that had posted here doesn't have a life. Or they used to not have a life.

i still dont have a life :P and thats how i like it!

LIAR. After 24 hrs the ps1 would burn out. =P There is no way you could have played 48 hrs.

The longest I played a game? Well I think round 32 hrs straight, without turning it off, but having bathroom, and eating food breaks. It was Awesome, started playing on friday at 7 pm, and I plyed all the way until Sunday early morning 3 am. I played Tekken 3, and why I played for so long is because the first couple hrs (5 or so, don't remember) I tried to finish the story mode, and unlocking all the characters. After that I just kept facing my brothers in tournaments, and stuff until 3'oclock it was fun, but my head hurt like crazy. =P

Yes it was. Remeber after you fight that thing with all of the heads? Then you fight the Sephiroth that looked like a Mutated angel? Then soon after,you had to use omnislash on Sephiroth at the end?

First of all, my PS One was and still is almost on 24/7 and what you say is bull.

...you also make no sense by saying that a PS One can't be on for longer then 24 hours and then say that you played 32 hours straight on Tekken 3.

Because people think that low tech stuff is inferior today.

Not that infereior. Even my old Megadrive can go on for about 2 hours and my dad was hooked on a game called Kid Chameleon once and it was on for over 48 hours...
I've never tried it on a PS though.
