Dragonite lv.100= hyper beam, outrage, dragon claw, thunderbolt
Nidoking lv.100= megahorn, flamethrower, earthquake, toxic
Blastoise lv.100= hydro pump, hydro cannon, surf, protect
Lapras lv.100= phychic, thunder, ice beam, hydro pump
Aerodactyl lv.100= ancientpower, flamethrower, hyperbeam, fly
Blissey lv.100= softboiled, thunderbolt, waterpulse, minimize.

dragonite...get rid of hyper beam for a physical attack
nidoking...alright
blastoise...have only one water type attack ok (recommending surf), and get rid of protect
lapras...change thunder to thunderbolt, and hydro pump to surf
aerodactyl...get rid of ancient power and hyper beam, get earthquake back
blissey...change waterpulse to toxic

Get rid of Eruption and Fissure.Give it Flamethrower and Slash/Mudshot,pick one(Slash has a high critical hit ratio,which means,it has alot of critical hits)

Kyogre:
Get rid of Sheer Cold and Hydro Pump.Give it Ice Beam,and Surf.

Raichu:
Get rid of Thunder Wave.Give it Lock-On(I think this move lets the next move you use,always hit,and I think,that Raichu can learn it)

Rayquaza:
Good moves,I like these alot.

Charizard:
I like this too.

Sceptile:
Well,Sceptile,isn't a very good Pokemon.It learns really weak attacks,so if you can,get a different Pokemon.

You have to many legendaries,try using one or two of them(you don't have to,if you don't want to,but you should try a few Pokemon,and see what you like better,I don't want you to hate your team).Keep the Groudon and Kyogre,you're planning on getting(get them soon)But,DON'T put Hyper Beam on Groudon!Give them these moves:
Groudon:
Flamethrower
Solar Beam(doesn't charge)
Earthquake
Mud Slap,or Slash(Slash has a high critical hit ratio)

Kyogre:
Thunder
Calm Mind
Ice Beam
Surf(You need a strong water move,this is the only one I know,except Waterpulse,take your pick)
