He's in the last story. You fight him after you go through the level, which, if I can remember correctly, is called The last way.

By viewing the 10 different endings, meaning, go through the story 10 times, each time a different path.

If you mean Devil Doom, I beat him in 1:55. I've had a hard time getting past that limit though. It's because he warps so damn much.

BS. His life bar's too long to do it that quick. Even the world's greatest VG player could only do it in 40 sec.
