Mr.Pokemon, just use the move cheat (for gameshark). Or the steal Prof.Elm's last Pkmon cheat (Gmshark) and use the rare candy cheat 'till it is a 100 lv. pkmon!Easy.

Just make duplicate copies of rare candies.
Step1. Attacht a rare candy to a pokemon
step2. Go to a poke center and save the game by the pc
step3. Use bills pc
step4. Deposit the pokemon
step5. Change the box
step6. While it says "SAVING DON'T TURN OFF THE POWER..." shut it off
step7. Turn it back on
step8. Check the pc and in your party
step9. You have two of that pokemon and rare candy
step10. The stats and everything are the same. It's an exzct copy of the other pokemon!!
