LOL. Especially with cops and their own cars. Throw one on the street in front of one chasing you in the car! I like the close headshot from behind!

The Best way of killing someone in my opinion is roughing them up tem get out your python and execute them. (The one where you pick them up and just fire into there head which leaves a big cloud of blood in the air, cant beat it)
