I got pretty high media attention. I find it was easier to get really high media attention, if you do the tank cheat, and run over one or two cops. After that , your away running. More and more police join the chase. And if you can keep going for ages, shooting cars and running over as much as you can for as long as you can, that definately helps. Just don't hit something, or run over something that will cause you to stop, cos they'll get you. I did that for 2 hours, with 5 satrs almost immediately, and it rocked. But I got bored after 2 hours, and just did the cheatcode for the stars to go away and police stop chasing you
