Well, lots of people know you from the Welcome forum, so i think your team is very important for new members that visit T&C.

well that is very true and the reason I decided to mack this latest team was so that new members can come hear for help if they want to so they can either go to mine or yours and daves

It's ok if you say "my team could use a bit of help..." once or maybe twice... byt saying "Join team ... it's amazing because..." whatever.
