I was playing the Saga of Cooler and when I beat him it said that I will have the new character available, but the truth is that it doesn't happen and I can't fight as cooler. Does anyone has the same problem, is there a solution?

lets see now of here it is too get cooler u need 3 items a Z item Fusion friezas older brother and super transformation fuse freizas older brother and super transformation together and u get cooler no thanks necsaccary

I didn't know about the Z items, I thought that was a bug in the game.
And now I have Cooler, he is very strong.
