there isn't one, there is just a set ID.NUmber that will trigger it.
YOu just have to go to the guy in Paciflodge (spelling) everyday. There is nothing special there, just afew berries and Wynaut, not all it's cracked up to be

I've never been there but I have a walkthrough that says you have to have a special pokemon in your party when you talk to the guy in the house at the very South-East of Pacifidlog. Not exactly very useful, I know. And this is the same guide that said of Feebas "while fishing or surfing in Route 119 you'll run into Feebas". Hmmmmm. I don't think so.

After having a look at other internet sites I think there are certain things called "Mirage Island Sensitive" Pokemon. It's just random it's like running into shiny pokemon except not as rare. And if you have one of them in your party you can see it. Apparently. Oh, and the only way you can tell if your pokemon is Mirage Island Sensitive is by talking to the guy in Pacifidlog with it in your party. Hope this helps!
