Beat the first 2 special condition races, your car doesn't have to be that good because the one the computer uses is pretty bad too. You'll get a car w/ 760 hp and one that u can sell 4 $265,000

it's notas good as the car you get for winning the german touring car championship, which you can win as many times as you like and sell for around 752,000 credits each time.

Yeah I think none of the Gran Turismo series has tap in cheats actully... Just loads of stuff you can unlock as you play through the game.
