The purpose of this team is to basicly give advice and help to other members/mods/admins about anything. it gives you the opportunity to get to know other people as well as helping them with their troubles and problems.You can also chat about anything that has your concerns or what worries you. If you need feedback and helpful comments on a particular thing then please ask.I think it is a great idea of a team and i hope you think the same and decide to join. Ok, now to the ranks,
Leaders - Allowed to ban and allow members, must be helpful at all times, and be nice and welcoming to new members. Can decide ranks and promotions, has the final word.(places go to me and whoever is the most reliable and dedicated member)

Elite members - has all the same roles an the co-leaders but is a higher rank and must get people to join, this place is given to those with 15 stars.They also help me to give out information to the team...e.g. i ask them to report something to the team and they do that, i ask them who deserves a promotion and they reply. These are members are highly respected and are like my assisstants (10 places)
