Fable 2 has been announced in late 2007. It is still in production though. There is a trailer (that is very short) that has been released and you can web search on google, yahoo, or whatever you use. You will definetly find it. And it is in the musket age, about 1,000 years after the first ones.
This topic has also been posted on the orginal Fable forums.
EDIT: Updated information says that Fable 2 will be released EARLY 2007!

Maybe Fable 2 will also be for the PC! If so, then I will get it for that instead of buying it AND a 360. But I will need a 360 soon for Halo 3.

You would think it would come out for PC since it is also a Microsoft product, I've been reading up on it and haven't found anything about it coming out for PC yet. If you're a XBox fan, save up and get a 360, it's well worth it. I couldn't find the premium system but I did get the hard drive and the update so that I could play the old XBox games on it. Fable games do wierd stuff with the graphics on it so I just play them on regular XBox.

After seeing that it was in the musket age, I thought that would be hard to adjust to, but then I thought of having the bow, and it is kind of similar because it is ranged. But yeah having a musket will be sweet. Who knows, maybe by fable 4 or 5 there will be gangsters and pimps, lol.
It would be cool if in fable 2 there was a possibility of failing quests to put some added pressure on you besides just loss of your time.

I've read quite a bit on it. One of the things I found interesting, is there will be more forms of punishment for doing evil deeds than just getting and paying fines. That way you'll be taking more of a risk than just getting thrown out of town and losing some gold. Kind of has me curious.

I don't doubt at all that the graphics will be extraordinary. The gameplay, I'm sure, will be great as well.

Why do they have to announce the release of something so far in advance. Talking about it is driving me crazy. I want this game!

They probably did it so that people will save up in advance so that it will be sold for sure. And it doesn't hurt to let the consumer know about the sequel for such a sellout game.

Okay, after lots of reading and scrutiny, it looks like the four symbols go along with four types of characters she mentioned. (Mind - the hand with the eye on it), (body - the sword), (nobility - the crown), and (corruption - Yin/Yang symbol). But that's just my interpretation of it.
Peter Molyneux won't comment on too many aspects of the game. From what I've read, he talked about Fable before it came out and named a lot of things he was going for, that he didn't get incorporated into the game. So, thats why he won't talk about Fable 2 that much.
