you get it from a ScarCrow virus in sky area 1 and 2 or from a green mystery data in sky area 2

well if you need help put the name of the request and i'll tell you what to do because I done them all and you get a call from someone and you can battle them in there falzar mode I wont say who it is because I dont ruin the surprise.
