RS: Clans Concept

I posted this on the RS forum but almost got myself blackmarked cause I broke some rules I didn't know existed =D Now to type the entire post up again.

I have made a picture which I photoshopped of a new RS feature: Clans

There are many RS clans in existance and one thing that makes a lot of them fall apart is organisation and communication. Both of which are solved with this new interface feature.

Leaders options include the following:
-Kick Member
-Promote Member
-Wildy Attack on/off
-Invite Member

Co-Leader options include:
-Kick member
-Invite Member

Member options include:
-Invite Member

Clan members cannot attack each other in the wilderness and other clan members appear as purple dots on the mini-map.

It would cost 100k to start a clan (To prevent heaps of low level clans)
250k for a clan symbol (Which would be in the form of a tabbard or a cape with the symbol imprinted on it)

I put a lot of thought into this so please tell me what you guys think.

Well I couldn't be bothered photoshopping a button in there, but on the bottom where the Friends/Ignore buttons are would be a good place.

I think its a great idea, ive seen this suggestion all over runescape, and always supported the ones i saw, this is great tho... if we could somehow get enough people and send it to runescape. A clan icon could be a little flag inserted to the left of the friends and iggy, and aall 3 could be shrunk a little to make room. and so theres not too many noob clans, MAYBE it would be members only.(i said maybe and do not insult any1 who opposes this)

its a good update but the reason why jagex never did it is because there is no official clan and they really arn't that big on clans they mainly have u going on ur self to do things it would be neat but runescape is not huge clan place, also try guild wars if u really want something like that

If you think about it Jagex supports clans heaps, theres 2 forums for clans in the RS forums for crying out loud.

Yea, gogo has a point, but I still dunno, if theyle ever do the clan thing, i think thats why they made the team capes.
