I was stuck on Chainsaw mission and got bored so I put in the drive on water cheat code O,X,DOWN,O,X,UP,L1,L1 I jacked a bus went to Trenton (where you do your first missions for Vincenzo) drove right off the pier, driving around on the water is tricky but you will find the docks and they have boats waiting, I pulled the bus slightly onto the dock so I wouldn't drown, and got the boat, the boat gets a little tricky to maneuver I found the bus to be a lot smoother ride, no drifting and getting knocked back by the waves, any way if you follow your map either on screen or that was included if you can get to the water from the middle point (IE chinatown and go towards stanton island or Bellvillepark right across to Shoreside Vale) if you go the wrong way you'll hit a barrier along the water. You can just pretty much explore the area I got to both before I made it off Portland Island (via bus on the water) hope this helps for CJOHN

Its called 'See The Sights Before Your Flight' you have to make it to Shoreside Vale.... pick up tourist from the airport . The maker for this mission is at the south end of the main terminals of the airport, up at the top of the large set of stairs. You will see a tourist booth with the yellow maker. For CJOHN

I haven't got 100% yet but I got a boat. You know that alley near your safehouse in SI? Go down there. It's a long alley. Make a left once you get to the end. You get to the end of the road with a type of parking lot on your left. Go into the parking lot, look for the Yakuza Stinger. It's not hard to find. You're almost there. Just look around for stairs . Go down, and there should be a Speeder and a fishing boat or something. In the jetty on the other side, there's some more boats.

Love media is the company run by Donald Love. There is a garage at the north end of staunton island, near the payphone that starts the racing mission, where there will be a list of cars. If you find one of them, take it to the garage. Once you get all of them there will be a prize...
