Just colect stuff and put it in your shipment container or whatever its called.

i know some fast ways to get money..
1 :
when there's a horse race thingie..
1. grab ur basket
2. empty ur sack
2. walk NEAR the event. ( dont go into it yet )
3. save.
4. go in and watch all the races.
5. bet all your money on each one of them ( if it changes restart the game so ur money wont lose . usually works )
6. exchange as much as u can on broaches
7. put them in ur basket n fill them in ur sack
8. sell them.
: if ur horse is an adult and u know you'll win. bet on ur horse!! :
