1) You can only do that on Internet Explorer. If you're using any other browser (Mozilla Firefox, Netscape etc.) I don't think it works. It certainly doesn't work on Mozilla

No. When you hit refresh, it resends the information and is like you retyped the message and then pressed submit again.
General, if you're not using it, could I have the army for a few days?
