Playing on easy and normal was basically a walk in the park with some annoying abstructions. On veteran the description says it all, "You will not survive", and this is the truest thing I have ever heard. This game completely changes when you play on veteran, you rise out of cover for a second under machine gun fire your dead, you move to find new cover in a firefight without smoke your dead. The game is extremely hard on veteran. So has any one beat it on veteran yet?

Several ways they break, but vetren isnt all that "impossible". It just takes a while, like i just finished the british campaign on vetren, aswell as russian, onyl 1 left.

its effing impossible at times. especially the one in the russian campaign when you have to put stickey bombs on the tanks. i kept getting ripped to shreads by the machine guns and i ran out of smoke( DAMN)

Well id say, CoD2 is hard on Veteran. But i guess i was naturally good at CoD. When i first got the game (before i even played campaign, didnt even know the controls) i beat my friend who had it for like 3 months. First Try. Granted hes not that good but...Anyway...I started out playing verteran. Skipped doing easy,normal,and hardened. Id say that CoD2 Veteran is harder then Halo 3 Legendary and GoW2 Insane combined. (then again neither of them were that hard)
