any tips on the b rank mission where you cant use and techniques on land or water and beat your enemy in 30 counts

I didn't do this mission but what I do is go with Rock Lee since he is good in taijustu then jump, air dash towards opponent, do an up combo(I forgot if Lee can do this), then teleport up and hit opponent, then right when you both are on ground through a shuriken, repeat.

i have been using rock lee because he is good at taijutsu but ill try it
