Alrighty, favorite fight.

Cell vs. Gohan.

I find it funny how Cell goes out of his way, eating up several episodes just to get a good fight out of Gohan, and he ends up getting the living hell beaten out of him.

yeah... thats what wrecked DBZ it took like 5-7 episodes just to defeat someone like cell... and when goku was going to kill kid buu it took goku 5 episodes to power up the spirit bomb... lol

Well... he's kinda the main villan of the second season. In fact, if they had only made the fight against him last a couple of episodes, it would have really stunk.

And you're over exagerating. It took Goku two, three episodes tops to power up that spirit bomb.

yeah, that basically sums up why i liked it.

Dbz is my all time favorite show, I have almost every card that the dbz card game has to offer(not collector cards but the playing game cards) and also have over 200 episodes on tape, as well as some other things.

Anyways as much as I love dbz it has its down sides, and up sides.


Down side: the show goes the same way(for the most part)every saga. Here is what usually happends, and is what became ever so annoying/very predictable

Steps of dbz in order

1.villians come
2.dbz good guys train
3.some dbz good guys die
4.goku/who ever gets strong enough to kill the villian
5.goku/who ever kills the villian
6.they wish back the people that die
7.moment of peace
8.back to step one

^^^This is what I think drove people crazy and drove them to not like the show. However while I must admit dbz is predictable, its still my all time favorite show, and thats just the down side of the show, there are many good things about the show.

Anywho.....


My all-time favorite fight in DBZ has got to be the one between Goku and King Piccolo.

That was fun.

I'm still p!ssed at Blue Dragon for kick DBZ off the air...

That is so true

But it is why we love the show.

Not really. Sometimes, people die before the training XD. Or, in the friza saga:

1. Bad Guy comes.
2. Someone dies.
3. Training.
4. More Bad Guys come.
5. More People Die.
6. Training/ More villans.

And so on, and so on.

And technecly, Goku never got stronger than Buu, they just lucked up with the spirit bomb and their last wish. Without it, Buu would've beaten them in many painful ways.

Yeah but you have to admit the same steps were basicly taken every time. Like I said dont get me wrong, I am a huge dbz fan, I grew up watching the show, there are just some flaws in it that they could have made better is all.

Actually goku did get stronger then buu, but then buu got stronger, gohan also was stronger then buu at one point, so as I said the steps basicly stayed the same.

No... Goku was always weaker than Buu. He was only ever stronger when he fused with Vegeta, and he might have been even with him in SSJ3 against Fat Buu.

If you recall, when inside of Buu, rescuing Piccolo, Gohan, Goten and Trunks, even after getting them all out, Goku mentions that they're still not as strong as Buu. Then he suggested fusion, which Vegeta violently rejected.
