Yea, what they jsut said, and the answer to your question is no you can't. When you look on recruitment list it says that You can't recrute any pokemon there, because as the dojo guy said, they're all volenteers for the dojo.
A friend will bail you out of jail. A true friend would be there right next to you saying, That Was Awesome! Lets do it again!

good post cream. anyway that would be real cool if you could recruit them but no you cant. even with their friend areas and lucario rank and a much higher level you just can't get them.

It's too bad though. If you could get them. The we could all have a lot of Mudkips(not from waterfall pond), Wabafets, and mabye some people from the teams like Golem, or Blastoise! That would be so awesome...I guess that's why we can't though.
