200. From a B or A ranked mission. I once got 300 points in a row doing three missions at once.

When you get further in the storyline, missions with S or a star beside them give you major points, but are incredibly hard. S ranked missions are usually escort missions.

i once did one that had 3 STARS next to it. it was EXTREMELY hard.

I turned Platinum Rank from doing a * ranked mission, I had to save a Rattata who was on the 86th Floor of Buried Relic (Why the heck would a Rattata even be there?!) I didn't even see Mew T.T

I'm lucario with 22500 points. most points attained, was when I did two star ranked missions for the same place, it was escort to 53, and 76 floor of buried relic, and did I mention I was wearing tight belt and had a full toolbox of reviver seeds? lol I used all but 3.
